Privacy Policy

1. KEY TERMS

User – an individual or legal entity that provides their personal information through the online Feedback Form with the purpose of transmitting the data to the Administration.

Feedback Form – a special form where the User submits their personal information for the purpose of transmitting the data to the Administration.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Administration and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals and legal entities using the Online Feedback Form.

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Administration and is available to any Internet user by following the hyperlink “Privacy Policy”.

2.5. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.

2.6. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Administration notifies the User by email.

2.7. When a new edition of the Privacy Policy is published, the previous edition is stored in the Administration’s document archive.

2.8. By using the Feedback Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.9. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the received (collected) information about the User.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF USERS
3.1. User’s personal data, such as name, surname, patronymic, email, phone number, messenger, etc., are provided by the User to the Administration with the User’s consent.

3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Administration through the Feedback Form implies the User’s consent for the transfer of their personal data.

3.3. The Administration processes information about the User, including their personal data such as name, surname, patronymic, email, phone number, messenger, etc., as well as additional information provided voluntarily by the User, such as organization, city, position, date of birth, etc., for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to the User regarding the provision of services.

3.4. The processing of personal data is based on the following principles:

a) legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and fairness;

b) compliance of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes predetermined and declared during the collection of personal data;

c) compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data with the methods of processing personal data and the purposes of processing personal data;

d) the inadmissibility of combining databases created for mutually incompatible purposes containing personal data.

3.5. The Site Administration processes the User’s personal data with his consent in order to provide services.

4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The User’s personal data is stored exclusively on electronic storage and is used strictly for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. User’s personal data is not transferred to any third parties except in cases explicitly provided for by this Privacy Policy and as indicated in the consent for mailing.

5.2. Provision of User’s personal data upon request of state authorities or local self-government authorities is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

6. STORAGE PERIOD AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The User’s personal data is stored on the Administration’s electronic media indefinitely.

6.2. The User’s personal data is destroyed at the request of the user himself on the basis of his request, or at the initiative of the Administrator without explanation, by deleting by the Administration the information posted by the User.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
Users have the right, on the basis of a request, to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data.

8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER INFORMATION
The Administration takes technical, organizational and legal measures in order to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

9. INQUIRIES FROM USERS
9.1. The user has the right to send his requests to the Administration, incl. regarding the use / deletion of his personal data, provided for in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy in written form to the address specified in clause 1.

9.2. The request sent by the User must contain the following information:

for individuals:

– number of the main document proving the identity of the User or his representative;

– information about the date of issue of the specified document and the authority that issued it;

– date of registration through the Feedback Form;

– request text in free form;

– signature of the User or his representative.

for legals entities:

– the request in a free form on the company’s letterhead;

– the date of registration through the Feedback Form;

– the request must be signed by an authorized person with attached documents confirming their authority.

9.3. The Administration undertakes to consider and send a response to the User’s request within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

9.4. All correspondence received by the Administration from the User (written or electronic) is considered restricted access information and shall not be disclosed without the User’s written consent. Personal data and other information about the User who submitted the request cannot be used without the User’s explicit consent, except for responding to the subject of the received request or in cases directly provided by the legislation.
